What Makes Earth SMP Special (Features)

Earth SMP is a vanilla-based server with some incredible enhancements that make survival more fun and interactive:

• Live Map: Explore the world like never before! Our live-updating map is available at earth-smp.castawaymc.uk.
• Player Warps (/pwarp): Set warps for other players to visit or explore other players’ creations. Discover amazing builds, shops, and secret spots!
• Chest Shops: Turn your items into profit! Simply place a sign on a chest to create a shop and start selling to other players.
• Bloodmoons: Nighttime just got scarier. Mobs spawn more aggressively during Bloodmoons, and sleeping through them isn’t an option!
• Player Heads & Mob Drops: PvP has never been more rewarding—player heads drop on defeat, and mobs now have a chance to drop rare heads too.
• Silence Mobs: Want peace while building? Rename a mob to silence_me to keep them quiet.
• Cross-Platform Gameplay: Bedrock players are welcome! Play alongside your Java friends without missing a beat.
• Trading & Shops: Use /trade to swap items with other players and /shop to access the server shop for essentials.
• Random Teleport (/rtp): Feeling adventurous? Teleport to a random location and find your perfect spot to start your journey.
• Automatic Rewards: Earn $20 every half hour just for playing—because your time exploring should be rewarded!
• Decorative Blocks: Use a stonecutter to turn regular blocks into miniature decorative blocks and truly personalize your builds.
• Backpacks: Carry more items wherever you go! Perfect for adventuring, building, or restocking your chest shop without multiple trips.

Joining the server for the first time? You’ll be greeted with our Guide, a book full of clickable links, tips, and rules to help you get started. Spawn anywhere, teleport around, or explore the world with our enhanced mechanics—the choice is yours!

Chest Shop Tutorial

One of the coolest ways to earn money and interact with other players on Earth SMP is through Player Chest Shops. Setting up your shop is easy and a fun way to turn your items into profit!

Create Shop:
1. To set the sold item, you should first put your item in the first slot in the chest
2. Place a sign on a chest
3. Write in first Line [Shop] to create a shop in the 2nd line you can set the selling price (e.g. 100 = 100$). If you want your chest to buy items from other players, just write a "b" before or behind the price
4. Now you can click on Done, and your store sign should have been created
